Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join a fast-paced, team-driven field crew. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot, test, and clean up after projects, with safety as a core value.

You will handle general construction tasks, assist with product installation under supervision, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather, reporting to work on time and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of foundation and water management products under supervision.
• Load and move heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, following safety standards and policies.
• Maintain professionalism and support team goals on every project.
