Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, seeks a Grade Crew Heavy Equipment Operator in Colorado to safely operate excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, base roller, and loaders on job sites.

The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and the ability to perform pre-use checks; wage ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience. CDL and prior heavy equipment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of aggregate, asphalt, and construction industry preferred.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner following company policies.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Load and unload materials using various machinery.
• Dig trenches, move earth, and assist in construction projects.
• Adhere to safety requirements and report issues to supervisor.
