Job summary

sstjobs is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to lead an on-site crew responsible for foundation tasks. You will collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and to specification, while maintaining safety and efficiency at sites around Appleton, WI and within a few hours travel.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, interpreting blueprints, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring proper concrete pouring and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on concrete foundation construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proven experience leading and managing a crew in construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the foundation crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to specifications.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities for the crew and manage equipment use.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate foundation layout and installation.
• Oversee concrete pouring and setting, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment; report progress to Project Manager.
