Job summary

Jensen Builders Ltd, based in Fort Dodge, IA, seeks a Concrete Foreman to lead flatwork and foundation crews on a variety of projects. You will plan daily workflows, supervise concrete laborers, and ensure high-quality, safe on-site execution.

The role requires at least four years of concrete experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to read and train others on blueprints. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 4 years concrete experience; management experience a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret, and train others on blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong conflict management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily site materials, tools and equipment.
• Supervise concrete walls, foundations and slabs; ensure quality and safety.
• Operate and train others on tools and equipment as needed.
• Load/unload supplies and assist inventory management.
• Coordinate with crew and plan work schedules; participate in planning.
