Job summary

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief development officer, leading all fundraising, grant development, and donor stewardship efforts. This position emphasizes building partnerships, managing endowments and resources, and ensuring compliant governance while acting as a visible ambassador

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, donor relations, advancement, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with major coursework in education, business administration, nonprofit management, communications, public administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for the overall activities of the Foundation.
• Collaborates with the College President in coordinating external fundraising activities to align with mission and priorities.
• Develops policies, procedures, and practices for the Foundation; ensures compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements; supports governance practices.
