Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned company in Pontiac, MI, is seeking a Foundation Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage industrial concrete and foundation projects from initial bid through completion.
Responsibilities
Attend jobsite visits to evaluate conditions and develop accurate scopes of work
Prepare detailed labor and material estimates and take-offs for industrial foundation projects
Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages
Collaborate with customers, Sales, estimators, suppliers, and field teams
Manage project materials, equipment, manpower, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
AutoCAD experience is beneficial
Experience with Microsoft Office and Procore is preferred
Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
