Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting in Pontiac, MI is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage industrial electrical construction projects from bid through completion. The role combines estimating and project management, requiring site visits, detailed takeoffs, subcontractor reviews, and effective coordination with field personnel.

Candidates should have 3+ years in electrical trades or PM, solid reading of drawings, Procore experience preferred, and ability to travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical trades, estimating, or project management.
• Ability to read electrical single-line drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
• Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state approximately 25%.

Responsibilities
