Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foundation Equipment Operator to support foundation construction for utility power infrastructure, including transmission towers and substations. You will operate drilling rigs, augers, pile drivers and excavators, perform soil stabilization, and ensure adherence to engineering specs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with heavy foundation equipment, a valid CDL Class A, and the ability to read site plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years operating heavy or foundation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and equipment operator certifications (CDL Class A).
• Must read and communicate in English and be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs, augers, pile drivers, excavators and other foundation equipment.
• Perform excavation, drilling, and soil stabilization for deep foundations.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Maintain logs of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew for sequence and workflow.
