Job summary

House of Possibilities (HOPe) is seeking a Foundation & Corporate Giving Manager to join the Advancement team in North Easton, MA. The role focuses on researching, cultivating, and securing funding from foundations, corporations, and institutional partners to diversify and grow our funding streams.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the successful candidate will manage grants, corporate partnerships, and reporting, coordinating with the team to meet ambitious annual goals while working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with institutional funders is important.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Time and project management skills are important.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management: research, identify, and solicit institutional funding opportunities; manage LOIs, proposals, and reports.
• Corporate Partnerships: develop and execute fundraising strategies, sponsorships, and employee engagement opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: track and manage the corporate and grant pipeline, ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Stewardship: manage stewardship activities and provide regular updates and impact reports.
• Collaboration: work with Advancement team to align corporate and foundation initiatives with organizational goals.
