Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Foundation Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the hospital foundation. You will assist with donor relations, accounting, fundraising activities, event coordination, and scheduling meetings, tours for the Executive Director.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication. This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek and varied days as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years of experience.
• Professional communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the hospital foundation.
• Assist with donor relations, accounting, and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate events and schedule meetings and tours for the Executive Director.
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and communications.
• Support daily administrative tasks as needed.
