CHRP and traditional foster options are available, with ongoing guidance from experienced professionals. This role emphasizes confidentiality, collaboration, and commitment to each child’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stable, nurturing home
• Meet the child’s physical, emotional, developmental, and social needs
• Coordinate with care teams and schools for the child’s progress
• Attend medical, dental, therapy, and other required appointments
• Maintain confidential records and report progress to the team
