Job summary

Texas Family Initiative is seeking a Foster Care Support Specialist to provide aftercare case management and support for children and families after foster care discharge. The role involves developing aftercare plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring continuity for at least six months post-discharge.

This community-based, hybrid position requires travel, valid driver's license, and a commitment to strengthening families through education, advocacy, and coordinated services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree or two years of child and family services experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
