Using the Teaching-Family Model, the Foster Care Supervisor provides primary supervision of case management services for children and youth placed in Children’s Hope Alliance foster care programs, including family foster care, therapeutic foster care, and IAFT. The role ensures services are delivered according to accreditation, licensing, & regulatory standards, and that key performance indicators are met. The supervisor upholds Children’s Hope Alliance values, including fiscal responsibility, outcome-driven practices, family & child-centered approaches, and mission orientation.
