Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee case managers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human service-related field, along with at least three years of supervisory and clinical experience. Responsibilities include coordinating services, monitoring treatment plans, developing policies, and providing after-hours support. Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a human service-related field.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care is essential.
• Three years of prior supervisory experience needed.
• Three years of prior clinical experience required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Background checks (DMV, DCF, CORI) must be approved.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to assigned case managers.
• Coordinate services for assigned clients through case managers.
• Monitor individual treatment plans and compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to assigned case managers.
• Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers.
• Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
