The Village Family Services seeks a recruiter to support resource families through the foster care certification process, coordinating recruitment, retention, and events. You will promote the agency, conduct outreach, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements across outreach efforts in the North Hollywood area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events for prospective resource parents (minimum 3 recertification/recruitment events per year).
• Function as the point of contact for prospective Resource Parents.
• Assist in developing and carrying out the marketing plan within an assigned geographical area.
• Attend and facilitate trainings and orientations for resource families; manage compliance and documentation.
