Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is partnering with Greystone Foster Care to seek a Case Manager Supervisor in Brentwood, TN.

This hybrid role blends remote work with in-office responsibilities to coordinate the Regional Foster Care Program and supervise staff, families, and homes in serving at-risk youth. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Social Work or a related field, 5–8 years of experience, and a valid TN driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or human services field required.
• Five to eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid state Driver's License and automobile insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Regional Foster Care Program including staff, parents and homes.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with all involved parties and partners.
• Monitor documentation, audits and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Review progress reports, IPP and other clinical services documentation.
• Provide training and development for Case Manager staff; oversee time-off and discharges.
