Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in partnership with Greystone Foster Care seeks a Director of Foster Care to lead regional programs in a hybrid work model based near Brentwood, TN.

This full-time role coordinates staff, families, and contracts to fulfill the agency's mission. Responsibilities include capacity goals, compliance with CARF and licensing, staff training, recruitment, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, required.
• Five to eight years of related experience.
• Valid state Driver's License.
• Automobile insurance with verification of medical liability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Regional Foster Care Program including staff, parents and homes to fulfill the agency's mission.
• Achieve and maintain Foster Care Program capacity goals; recruit, hire, train, evaluate and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with CARF and licensing standards; conduct inspections of foster homes and client records.
• Implement recruitment and retention strategies, licensing and re-licensing processes.
• Develop and implement an in-service training program for all staff in cooperation with leadership.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies and referral sources.
• Ensure 24-hour on-call availability and placement call responsiveness; manage contracts with DCS.
