Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) is a faith-based organization dedicated to helping children and families. The FCCM Program Manager will support supervisors and lead case managers, ensuring consistent program expectations and staff trainings across locations.

The role requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, at least one year of supervisory experience, and three years in Wraparound/community services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling or a closely related field.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience and three years in Wraparound or related services.
• Knowledge of Missouri service systems and program development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FCCM staff and ensure program quality across locations.
• Coordinate trainings and staff development, including onboarding of new CMs.
• Monitor performance data and assist with contract compliance and budgeting.
• Respond to QIs and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Manage authorizations and payment coordination with MACF as needed.
