Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) seeks a Program Manager to support FCCM supervisors and lead case managers. You will ensure consistent program expectations across teams, supervise staff, and oversee trainings and documentation.

This role requires collaboration with partners, completion of required trainings, and on‑call involvement as needed. The FCCM Program Manager will coordinate data, respond to QIs, manage authorizations, and ensure smooth program operations across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience and three years of wraparound/community-based/case management work.
• Knowledge of Missouri service systems, funding streams, and related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program staff follow contractual policies and deliver seamless services to children and families.
• Support FCCM program outcomes, contract compliance, and budgetary results; track data and guide staff.
• Assist with QIs, complaints, and timeliness of documentation; respond to Oversight when needed.
• Oversee monthly authorizations and payment issues; coordinate with MACF accounting/providers.
• Assist with developing team meeting agendas and trainings; coordinate on‑the‑job training.
• Lead onboarding for new case managers; coordinate shadowing and trainer support for supervisors.
• Participate in required meetings and community/workgroup activities as needed.
