Job summary

Every Child's Hope in Jefferson City, MO seeks a Senior Manager of Foster Care Case Management for the Central Region. This leadership role oversees FCCM Supervisors and provides support to Case Managers, ensuring supervision, training, and compliance with Missouri Children\'s Division requirements and FCCM contract.

Responsibilities include program oversight, quality improvement, staff development, data review, and collaboration with courts and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, sociology, criminal justice, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, public administration, human services, or a related field preferred.
• Education and qualifications must meet Missouri Children's Division and FCCM contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to FCCM Supervisors and support to Case Managers.
• Ensure supervision is documented and compliant with policy and standards.
• Oversee Central Region operations to meet contractual outcomes and performance requirements.
• Monitor case management activities including documentation, timelines, and reports.
• Maintain client records for confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and implement strategies.
• Travel to regional offices, courts, and community locations as needed.
