Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Jefferson City, MO seeks a Senior Manager of Foster Care Case Management to lead the Central Region's FCCM operations, supervise regional supervisors, and support case managers to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

You will promote trauma-informed, family-centered practice, monitor performance data, drive staff development, and partner with Children’s Division and community partners to achieve positive outcomes. Travel to regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred and meets Missouri requirements.
• Minimum two years in child welfare and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to FCCM Supervisors and Case Managers.
• Ensure supervision is documented and compliant with policy.
• Oversee operations of the Central Region and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Monitor case management activities, records, and timelines.
• Lead quality assurance activities and implement improvement plans.
