Job summary

Sevita, Indiana Mentor's ARY Services program, seeks a Program Director to lead day-to-day ARY operations and teams, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

You'll drive growth strategies to increase census, build relationships with case managers and referral agents, and supervise staff with a compassionate, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Other state-required training, certification, education, or licensure as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable and responsible attitude.
• Commitment to quality in all work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area and Regional Director to manage day-to-day ARY program operations and a team.
• Ensure quality of services and compliance with regulatory requirements, staff training, and financial performance.
• Foster relationships with individuals served, families and guardians; implement satisfaction plans.
• Implement core growth strategy to maintain/increase census and occupancy; assist with new starts.
• Maintain relations with case managers and referral agents; advocate for individuals receiving support.

Program Director ARY Services

• Collaborate with the Area and Regional Director to manage the day-to-day operations of ARY program(s) and a team.

• Ensure quality of services delivered, and compliance with regulatory requirements, staff training, financial performance, and provide supervision to direct staff.

• Foster and maintain relationships with individuals being served, families and guardians; and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans.

• Implement program core growth strategy to maintain or increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages, and assist with new start development.

• Maintain and foster relations with case managers and referral agents; lobby on behalf of individuals receiving support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred

• Master’s degree preferred

• An equivalent combination of education and experience

• Other training, certification, education, experience, and licensure as required by state

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
