Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology (or Master's in one of these fields).
• Knowledge of Missouri and federal child welfare laws, juvenile court processes, and child welfare practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits with children in foster care, foster parents, and families.
• Lead permanency planning and coordinate reunification, guardianship, or adoption options.
• Assess needs and develop case plans; monitor placements and advocate for services.
• Prepare court reports, referrals, and keep required documentation.
• Collaborate with courts, schools, mental health providers, and community agencies.
