Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with at least two years of related experience (or a Master's degree).
• Knowledge of community resources, juvenile court procedures, Missouri child welfare laws, and federal regs.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment and case plans.
• Commitment to permanency and positive family connections.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular visits with children in foster care and with families to assess needs and maintain connections.
• Lead and participate in Family Support Team (FST) and Permanency Planning Review Team (PPRT) meetings.
• Attend court hearings, provide testimony, complete required documentation, and ensure timelines.
• Coordinate services with schools, courts, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
