Job summary

His House Childrens Home is seeking a qualified professional to recruit prospective foster families across committees, forums, and public presentations. You will coordinate in-service training and ensure orientation registrations are completed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and Florida Board Certification. Evening/weekend hours and local travel are expected as needed.

Represents agency and is responsible for the recruiting of prospective foster families in various settings; including relevant committees/forums, public presentations, meetings, etc. utilizing state rules and regulations (or transfer license if applicable).

Lead person to coordinate in-service training opportunities and follow up with people attending orientation to ensure registration for class.

Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited College / University in Psychology, Social Work or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Plus minimum one (1) year previous work experience in related field.

Must be Florida Board Certified.

Must be available to work evening and weekend hours as needed.

Must be able to travel locally and drive reliable personal vehicle for business purposes.

Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Must have great organizational and communication skills.
