Job summary

CTS Inc, headquartered in Gastonia, NC, is seeking a part-time Qualified Professional to license, supervise, and support therapeutic foster families in Greensboro, NC. You will serve children and youth up to age 21 in Family Foster Care and Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Level I and II.

The role reports to the Foster Care Program Director. This role begins part-time and is expected to grow into a full-time position as the number of licensed foster homes and children served increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
• 3+ years of supervised experience with the population served.
• 1 year of residential experience, or demonstrated sound clinical knowledge of the service.

Responsibilities

• License foster homes and relicense current foster parents (up to 8 homes).
• Provide weekly clinical supervision to each child (60% in-person, 40% virtual).
• Coordinate services with DSS, DJJ, schools, courts, and providers.
• Maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), service plans, and authorizations updates with no gaps in service.
• Review and co-sign progress notes and audits; participate in audits.
• Provide 24-hour crisis on-call support and attend monthly trainings.
