• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services degree required; Master’s degree in social work highly preferred
• TIPS-MAPP/Deciding Together training and State Foster Care Licensing training preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete foster home licensing and relicensing for adoptive and foster/adoptive families
• Meet with prospective foster/adoptive families for orientation, licensing and re-licensing
• Maintain complete and accurate records and submit reports timely
• Prepare families for placement through TIPS-MAPP/Deciding Together preparation classes
• Participate in outreach efforts and recruitment activities for resource parents
• Enter data into client database (Echo/Binti) and support audits and CQI processes
• Collaborate with staff to support foster and adoptive families and adhere to ethics standards
