Job summary

CTS Inc. is hiring a Qualified Professional to manage a caseload of children in Family Foster Care and Therapeutic Foster Care in Charlotte, NC. The role combines case coordination with licensing duties, ensuring services meet NC Medicaid requirements.

You will supervise foster parents, coordinate with schools, DSS, and health providers, and participate in audits and documentation to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Minimum 3 years experience with the population served.
• At least 1 year residential experience or strong clinical knowledge.
• Qualified Professional status under North Carolina rules (QP).
• HIPAA and System of Care experience required.
• Valid NC driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; 18+.
• Employment contingent on background checks.

Responsibilities

• Case management and care coordination for foster children and youth.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision to foster parents and coordinate trainings.
• Document, review, and ensure compliance with records and audits.
• Crisis response and on-call support for caseload as needed.
• Collaborate with DSS, DJJ, schools and health care partners.
