The successful candidate will handle lead management via CRM, coordinate training, and maintain accurate records while aligning with state licensing requirements and Necco culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in human services or related field is required with state-specific provisions.
• Experience in training and fostering collaborations with partners is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and record-keeping skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit targeted foster homes and manage ongoing recruitment plans.
• Lead recertification processes, training, home studies, and approvals.
• Maintain foster parent records in the database and ensure compliance with state regulations.
