Responsibilities

• Complete on-site visits, gather data, review personnel and client files, and prepare licensure packets.
• Review closure notices on foster homes and agencies and initiate actions as required by law.
• Collaborate with CBCs to review licensing complaints or incidents and participate in staffing to determine actions.
• Provide technical assistance, consultation, and training on licensing standards and changes in procedures.
