Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Service field or Bachelor's degree plus one year experience in foster care.
• Four years of experience working with children and families, three years in foster care.
• One year in a counseling or social worker capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth activities of the foster care program.
• Conduct foster home investigations per Department of Social Services regulations.
• Facilitate orientation and interviews with prospective foster families.
• Process foster family applications and conduct licensing studies.
