Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work or related field with 1 year of casework experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with relevant experience or 2+ years of casework with a non-SW degree.
• Experience providing case management, counseling, and coordination of services for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, home studies, and assessments for children and foster families.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and service plans for each child.
• Coordinate medical, educational, counseling, and community support services.
• Maintain regular communication with families, foster homes, and partner agencies to track progress.
