Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Case Manager in Texas to coordinate treatment and services for foster/adopt children and their families. You will manage intake, develop plans, and work with caregivers and professionals to support placement and well-being.

The role includes crisis intervention, documentation, education liaison, and compliance with licensing standards. A BA in social work or related field is required; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate placement of children in foster and adoptive homes and ensure intake paperwork is signed and entered into the electronic case management system on time.
• Develop assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare per the child’s service package.
• Assist and monitor families in licensing/regulatory compliance to maintain service package requirements and credentialing.
• Implement Pre-Admission Assessment and Individual Treatment Plans with foster parents, clients and the treatment team.
• Provide consultation for foster/adoptive/biological parents, respite providers, childcare staff and other caregivers as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely case notes, billing documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes per licensing and agency standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Serve as the child’s education liaison with the referral agency and foster parents.
• Participate in case planning conferences, cross-system collaborating meetings and school/ court hearings as appropriate.
• Maintain regular contact with family and child and monitor well-being via calls, emails, and home visits.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or related field

Master’s Degree preferred
