• Demonstrated competence in issues of separation and loss related to foster care populations.
• Successful completion of CWTI training.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate agency needs.
• Sensitivity to diversity and inclusion in the client population.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to children in foster care and their families to support stabilization and reunification planning.
• Assist in intake, placement, and replacements of children referred by MDHHS.
• Monitor progress related to behavioral goals and service plans.
• Maintain caseload ratio as required and attend team meetings.
• Link and advocate with other agencies to ensure needed services.
