Qualifications

• Must be able to drive; valid license and insurance required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide services to foster children, foster families, and foster adoptive families.
• Provide ongoing case management for clients in Buckner foster homes.
• Conduct regular home and office visits,Documentation of case files per licensing and BucknerPolicies.
• Collaborate with child placing agencies and schools to support educational needs.
