Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri is seeking dedicated professionals to provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling, and case management for individuals, families, and groups, including birth, foster, and adoptive families, within agency policy.

Ideal candidates will build strong relationships with clients, meet goals through regular contact (in person or virtual), and keep accurate client files with timely progress notes and reports in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science.
• Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile for in-home and community visits.
• Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life’s challenges.

Responsabilités

• Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups including birth, foster and adoptive families.
• Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, face-to-face or virtual contact.
• Maintain complete client files and input progress notes, data, and reports into the required database in a timely manner.
