Lutheran Family and Children’s Services (LFCS) is seeking a Foster Care Case Aide to support the Child Welfare team in St. Louis, MO. You will provide essential services to children and families involved in foster care, conducting visits and documenting progress.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and collaboration with supervisors and care teams. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate approach to helping children and families.

Qualificações

• Provide child welfare services and conduct client visits with individuals, families, and groups in accordance with agency policies.
