Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience providing family and children services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management for children and families within the foster and adoptive care system.
• Develop permanency goals and concurrent plans tailored to assigned children.
• Advocate for assigned children in court proceedings and provide testimony.
• Coordinate Family Support Team (FST) meetings and ensure timely documentation.
