Job summary

Wolverine Human Services in Warren, MI is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to provide case management and permanency planning for foster children and their families, ensuring alignment with Michigan licensing guidelines and agency standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree preferred (Social Work/Behavioral Sciences) or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant licensing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Social Work or Psychology or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required and validated by Michigan licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide Foster Care Case Management and permanency planning for recipients and families.
• Advocate for needs and ensure quality case management per licensing standards.
• Follow court orders and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Maintain documentation per DHHS and Wolverine policies.
• Be available to respond to needs on a 24-hour basis.
• Participate in quality assurance and CAP processes.
