Indiana Mentor, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to coordinate development, review, and implementation of services for youth in Foster Care and related programs. You will manage case plans, monitor quality, and ensure compliance while collaborating with families and external case managers.

The role offers the opportunity to impact outcomes for youth in residential and treatment foster care, with a mission-driven team and growth opportunities across Sevita’s nationwide

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work-related experience working with youth placed at-risk.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure and training as required by state such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, etc.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.

• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance.

• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
