Massachusetts Mentor, part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth and families. We’re seeking a dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to coordinate services, ensure quality care, and support individuals in transition or independence.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary of $58,000 plus overtime, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide organization dedicated to helping people live well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work-related experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth at risk, etc., preferred.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clear driving record.
• Willing to travel.
• Flexible work schedule and willingness to work on-call (after hours/weekends).
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care, ensure contractual compliance and regulatory program compliance.
• Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities that meet individual needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.

Salary - $58,000 (+ Overtime pay)
