Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (or BA with 2+ years related experience).
• Two years of related experience in Human Services.
• Knowledge of Virginia laws, policies and regulations relevant to human services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Foster Care and Adoption Services across the agency.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients.
• Provide case management and monitor compliance with service goals.
• Attend court, testify, and coordinate with attorneys as needed.
• Refer families to community treatment resources and provide parental education.
