Oglethorpe Power Corp. seeks an analytical professional to perform fossil plant budget and operations performance analyses for co-owned generating facilities.

You’ll work with accounting teams on O&M and A&G variance reporting, track capital additions, and support budget planning and LRFF projections. Responsibilities include operating performance evaluation, root cause analysis, maintaining performance databases, and producing timely reports.

Formación

• Education: Minimum HS Diploma and technical training is desired with strong computer skills.
• Experience: 4 years of power plant operational support in finance, accounting or technical programs.
• Equivalent Experience: 8 years of applicable financial/technical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Budget Performance Analysis: evaluate capital and O&M budgets and expense reports.
• Conduct monthly trend analysis and variance reporting for plant budgets.
• Track and reconcile budget proposals with operating agents and site staff.
• Maintain performance databases and support LRFF projections.
• Support OPC in regulatory and cost data reporting as needed.
