Job summary

Monolith is seeking a technically proficient, client-facing engineer to own onboarding and integration for journal partners. You will configure workflows, AI agent settings, and branding while coordinating across partner timelines.

You will act as the primary technical contact, document deployment guides, and identify opportunities for product improvements based on partner feedback.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reading and modifying existing codebases (Node.js + React).
• Strong written and verbal communication — you will be client-facing.
• Project management ability: juggling multiple partner timelines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach to configuration and QA.

Responsibilities
