PwC is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineering – Senior Manager in New York to guide the development of innovative software for the Tax practice. You will lead teams, apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and drive continuous improvement in a diverse, inclusive environment.
You will mentor engineers, manage complex projects, and ensure solutions align with client needs and business objectives.
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineering – Senior Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance within our Tax practice. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC you will craft clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations will be key to resolving issues and enhancing team effectiveness.
Up to 80% travel.
Salary range: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
