Qualifications

• 3+ years in a software, solutions, or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience supporting enterprise software delivery or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of project management practices: requirements, milestones, delivery coordination.
• Proficiency with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures.
• Frontend development with React and TypeScript, connected to backend services.
• Backend APIs with Python (Flask, Pydantic, Pyright or similar).
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI workflows, agent frameworks, or MCP concepts preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and willingness to travel 40–50%.

• Participate in end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer solutions.
• Translate customer business needs into clear, deployable requirements.
• Own the project execution lifecycle for customer engagements.
• Support the technical lifecycle of implementations: design, configuration, integration, deployment.
• Engage with customers during onsite implementations for successful delivery.
• Ensure secure, scalable enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Capture feedback and relay actionable input to Product and Engineering.
• Maintain delivery standards: documentation, deployment readiness, security and compliance.
