Job description

Why this is the seat to take

CUBE AI is an Agentic Crime Prevention Platform, built at the intersection of agentic AI, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention. We serve the institutions on the front line of an exploding wave of AI-powered crime: banks, fintechs, and the platforms criminals cannot operate without. Our mission is ambitious: make the world a safer place. How we do it is the part we're most excited about, and the part we're happy to walk you through in a conversation rather than on the open internet.

This is a rare seat on a rocket ship. CUBE AI is early, exceptionally ambitious, and backed by some of the world's leading investors. Our founders have built and scaled startups to unicorn valuations and exits, and have run mega teams at mega companies. We are building the company that puts the institutions the modern economy runs on back on offense against AI-powered crime. The closest analogy is joining Palantir in its early days: a hard mission, a category we're defining rather than entering, and a small group of exceptional people compounding fast. If you want a comfortable role, this isn't it. If you want the defining chapter of your career, your best work alongside people who make you sharper, keep reading.

The role

This is a forward deployed product role. You will not run the roadmap from a distance and you will not learn about our customers through a summary written by someone else. You will sit inside them: in their offices, next to the people using what we build, in their operational reviews, watching the work happen. Some of the largest institutions in the world have opened their doors to us, actively want us in the building, and are ready to help us build. That is the hardest thing to earn in enterprise software, and it is already done. What is waiting is the part most product people never get: unlimited access to the people whose problem you are solving, and a company fast enough to ship what you learn.

That is your territory. You are accountable for the customer feedback loop for the UK and Europe: what our customers actually do with us, where the next increment of value is, what we build next, and whether the thing we shipped changed the number it was supposed to change. That loop has run through the founder until now, which is how we got here. Taking it off his desk and turning it into a practice that outperforms him is the mandate, and it is yours from day one.

This is a product seat reporting to the VP of Product, not a commercial one. You are not carrying a quota. You are the person who turns proximity into product.

What you'll do
  • Own the feedback loop end to end for our UK and European customers, from first-hand discovery through to shipped, adopted, measurable change.
  • Embed with customers on their premises. Regular, sustained, in-person time with the teams who use us. New York is dense with our customers and partners, which is exactly why this role sits here.
  • Turn what you see into the roadmap. Write the requirements, defend the priorities, and work shoulder to shoulder with engineers in Lithuania through delivery, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Move customers from manual to automated. Our customers vary enormously in how much of what we deliver they can act on without a human in the loop. Closing that spread is the single biggest lever on the value they get and on what we can charge for it. Own it.
  • Build the discovery practice from zero. Founder-led instinct got us this far and it is fast. You get to design the real thing on top of it, and make it something the next four people you hire can run.
  • Be the product voice in the room with sophisticated enterprise stakeholders, including risk, operations, and technology leaders who will challenge you. Earn the right to be invited back.
  • Feed the expansion motion by finding, sizing, and specifying what a customer should buy next, then handing it to the account manager with the evidence already in hand.
  • Prove the model so we can copy it. New York is our gateway to the US. If forward deployment works here, we do it everywhere.
Who you'll work with

You are one seat in a small, deliberately senior pod. In New York, alongside you:

  • Account Manager, who owns delighting the customer and expanding the contract.
  • Sales Engineer, who owns our product end of the integration.
  • Value Engineer, who owns the customer's end: how their stack and their processes need to work to unlock the value.
  • Customer Support Specialist, covering level one, based with the core team.

You will have a counterpart doing the same job in London, and you will report into the VP of Product, who is based with engineering and product in Lithuania. Expect to be there often. Expect the engineers to know your name.

What we're looking for
The bar (non-negotiable, every role):
  • Extreme drive and passion for the work and the mission.
  • Extreme ability to learn fast and operate with confidence in uncertainty.
  • Extreme IQ and EQ. You raise the level of every room, and you lose an argument gracefully the moment someone's right.
For this role specifically:
  • 5+ years owning product, with real accountability for outcomes rather than for a backlog.
  • You have done discovery with your own hands. Sat next to users, run the research, read the data yourself. If your instinct on a hard question is to go and look, this is your role. If it is to convene a workshop, it is not.
  • Deep working knowledge of how a bank or large financial institution actually operates. Its stack, its risk appetite, its operational and control processes, and why good ideas die inside it. You can hold your own with people who have run those functions for twenty years.
  • A track record of shipping into enterprise environments and staying with it through adoption, not stopping at launch.
  • You treat product and engineering as two halves of the same thing. You want to be in the room with the engineers, and they want you there.
  • Comfortable with sustained travel across the UK and Europe and regular time with the core team in Lithuania.
  • Bonus: you have built a function or a practice from nothing, and you would rather do that again than inherit one.
How we work and who thrives here

Our core locations are Lithuania, London, and New York, and we consider remote-first candidates who can travel as needed for their role. We write more than we meet and move at warp speed. We're an AI-first company: every person here is amplified by a layer of AI agents, and we scale capability, not headcount. We don't buy services, we buy results. We're drivers, not passengers, so we hire people who go and do it without waiting for permission. We move fast, and we use judgment where it counts: we hold sensitive data and the trust of the institutions we protect, and we never cut corners there. Our culture runs on five virtues:

  • A pedantic bar for quality. Work that is thorough, complete, and on time. We trust each other to deliver, fully.
  • Radical ownership. See it, own it, fix it. Never defer a problem or an opportunity. You will never be reprimanded for taking initiative.
  • Relentless energy and audacity. Building something exceptional demands enormous energy. We move forward with maximum drive.
  • Automate everything. We scale the capability of our people, not the headcount. We always hunt the 10x multiplier, working alongside AI agents rather than piling on process.
  • Have fun. We work with people we genuinely enjoy. It gets us through the hard stretches and keeps politics out.
What's in it for you
  • Uncapped growth. In a company moving this fast, scope finds the people who can carry it. Ownership and title are earned in months, not years.
  • Real self-realization. This is a place to become the most capable version of yourself, next to people operating at the top of their game.
  • A direct line to senior product and engineering leaders, and a real say in where the product goes.
  • You share in the outcome. When the company wins big, you win big.

CUBE AI is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and will support any accommodations you need during the hiring process.
