Hightouch is seeking its first Forward Deployed Marketer to bridge our agentic marketing platform with world-class brands. You will work with the Solutions & Success organization, educating marketers on the paradigm shift toward agentic marketing and guiding pilots to adoption.

Reporting into the Solutions & Success group, you will speak with performance marketing leaders, pairing your marketing expertise with sales acumen to navigate complex buying processes and drive pilot-driven adoption.

Formación

• Proven experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to close deals.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and designers.
• Thrives in ambiguity and builds new functions in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity about AI-driven creative performance and agentic marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Strategic Peer: engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier, innovative companies.
• Drive Deals & Pilots: define pilot success criteria and move pilots forward to closed-won deals.
• Collaborate with Creative: bridge data and AI-generated assets for conversion and pilot success.
• Shape the Playbook: help design GTM motion and feed market insights back to product/engineering teams.
