Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally in LegalTech.
• Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or Customer Success Lead.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts for long-term adoption.
• Drive sustained product adoption through engagement programs.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to legal leaders.
• Identify and drive commercial opportunities for renewals.
• Monitor customer health to mitigate churn risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Operationalize Sandstone's engagement playbook.
