Job summary

Palantir is seeking Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineers to build, operate, and maintain high-performance services across Palantir platforms and deployments. You will automate processes, leverage AI tools, and work with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems.

Responsibilities include deployment at customer sites, production support, and contributing to Foundry and Apollo infrastructure challenges. A strong engineering background and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, Math, Software Eng, Physics, or Data Science.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Active US security clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades.
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to latest infrastructure types.
• Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir’s services with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Reduce manual operations and automate workflows and runbooks where possible.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues with on-call rotation.
• Develop solutions in Foundry and Apollo to solve infrastructure challenges.
